Nameplate HARDWICK GRANGE ex GWR Collett Grange Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1936 as order number 308 and numbered 6818. Allocated to Carmarthen, Llanelli and 86B Ebbw Junction from where it was withdrawn in April 1964 and scrapped at Birds, Risca, Newport. In very good lightly cleaned condition with R 6818 stamped in the back indicating this is the right hand side plate. The Grange was near Abergavenny.
