This category has much emphasis on the enamel signage utilised by Bus operators and Automobile manufacturers. Early, pictorial car enamels signs are extremely difficult to obtain and command high prices as do some Petrol and Oil companies and are known as Petrolania. Bus Stop signs are common as are Road Signs but within, there will always be rarities. Road Signs with fruit gum reflectors tend to avoid the fake market and are extremely sought after, even the common Bend; Crossroads; Junction and Double Bend tend to do well but Hill or Steep Hill with the gradient marked are exceptional, Tram Pinch arguably top of the tree. For the railway collector, Crossing No Gates and Level Crossing sometimes depicting a locomotive, are highly collectable. Booking and Parcel Agent enamels are top of the tree when it comes to Bus signs, some more obscure companies particularly. The earlier AA and RAC signs have increased in popularity recently, the AA village signs in particular.
