<p>GWR Carriage Panel from the GWR QUEEN VICTORIAS DIAMOND JUBILEE ROYAL TRAIN featuring views of THE CATHEDRAL WELLS, ROMAN BATHS. BATH. The carriage, built in 1897 by the GWR at Swindon, featured colour-tinted photographs by Photochrom. The panels came from coach 233 (now at Steam Museum, Swindon) and were superb and unique examples, constructed in sycamore and walnut hardwoods, with hand carved corner flutings and gilded surrounds. Each hand-painted title was recessed into the frame. In excellent original condition measures 22in x 11in.</p>

London Brighton and South Coast Railway 14 inch dial mahogany cased fusee drop dial clock supplied to the railway in 1866 by William Wright of Tooley Street London. The case is in very good condition with 349B stamped into the rear. The rectangular plated English fusee movement has been cleaned and overhauled and the dial has been restored to its original pre grouping dial writing of LB&SCR 349. A lovely early clock in working condition complete with pendulum and key. The Southern Railway clock records show it last in use at Berwick Signal Box. Clocks Sold for: £2,700

The Mahogany case is in very good condition and features fine figured mahogany. British Railways Southern Region 8 inch oak cased fusee railway clock with a rectangular plated wire driven English fusee movement, supplied to the Southern region in 1953 by Stanhope at a cost of 9-11-0d. The original dial displays BR(S) 11316 and the case has one side door and a bottom door secured with a brass turn. In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum and key. The SR clock records show this clock as last in use at Purley Engineer Department Telephone Exchange. Complete with original British Railways bill of sale dated July 1973. Clocks Sold for: £850

Taff Vale Railway 12 inch mahogany cased fusee railway clock with a wire driven rectangular plated fusee movement with shaped shoulders and turned pillars supplied to the TVR circa 1870 by Joseph Collings of Cardiff and is in cleaned condition. The original dial displays the GWR roundel and also visible as ghosted writing is the earlier GWR block style writing and J Collings Cardiff. The case has two side doors and a bottom door secured with the normal modified GWR ball bearing catch and the GWR clock ivorine numberplate G.W.R. 2968 is screwed onto the left had side of the case. Great Northern Railway 8in mahogany cased fusee clock by John Walker of London. The English wire driven fusee movement has rectangular plates and turned pillars and is in good working condition. The dial has been repainted post 1923 by the LNER clock workshops at Doncaster and now displays L.N.E.R. 10098, the clock retains its original cast bezel. The LNER clock records confirm that clock No 10098 was last in use at Spalding Inspector's office and was previously GNR clock no 719.
