British Railways cabside DOUBLE ARROW ex British Railways Diesel Class 37 37093. Cast aluminium in as removed condition, measures 27.5in long.
Loco Items Not sold, reserve: £200Worksplate BUILT 1958 DERBY Ex British Railways Class 08 diesel shunter in the number range D3408 to D3418 (08338 to 08348) and D3503 to D3570 (08388 to 08455). Oval cast iron in as removed condition. From one of the locomotives that was scrapped at Swindon. Measures 10.5in x 6in.
Worksplates Diesel Sold for: £150Great Western Railway brass cabside numberplate 2043 ex Dean 0-6-0PT built at Wolverhampton works in 1898. Allocated to Lydney, Gloucester Horton Road, Hereford and 6C Birkenhead Mollington Street from where it was withdrawn in January 1955 and scrapped. In nicely restored condition with boiler and class details stamped in the rim, one of only a handful of this class known to have survived.
Cabside Numberplates Sold for: £1,400Worksplate BRITISH RAILWAYS DONCASTER 1966 No 3736/E396 BUILT BY THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co Ltd VULCAN WORKS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES & THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co Ltd ex British Railways Class 86 Electric originally numbered E3155 and 86234 in 1974 and named J.B. PRIESTLY O.M. Rectangular cast aluminium measures 8.5in x 6.5in. In face restored condition with 86234 stamped into the back.
Worksplates Electric Sold for: £850BR(SC) FF enamel doorplate TICKETS. In very good condition with some small restoration to the right and left hand edges. Measures 18in x 3.5in.
Doorplates Enamel Sold for: £170Great Western Railway cast iron cabside numberplate 4694 ex Collett 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in 1945. Allocated to Danygraig, Wadebridge and 72A Exmouth Junction from where it was withdrawn in June 1965 and scrapped. In restored condition with a couple of welds.
Cabside Numberplates Sold for: £500Nameplate EASTERN ex British Railways diesel class 60 60048. Built at Brush Loughborough as works number 950 in April 1991, named at Clydeport, Hunterston on 29th Aug 1997 and nameplates removed in June 2010 . Previously named Saddleback. Locomotive withdrawn from Toton in Nov 2010 and still stored there owned by DB Cargo UK. Cast aluminium in as removed condition measures 50.25in x 17.75in.
Nameplates Diesel Sold for: £1,500Southern Railway enamel target station sign HINTON ADMIRAL from the former London & South Western Railway station between Brockenhurst and Christchurch. In fair condition with some restoration and mounted on wood for display, measures 36in long. A rare target.
Targets LT SR Not sold, reserve: £400Worksplate THE HUNSLET ENGINE Co. LTD. LEEDS. 204 H.P. No. 5641 1959. Ex British Railways Class 05 diesel shunter D2592. Allocated new to 56A Wakefield Dec 1959 and withdrawn from 64B Haymarket Mar 1968. Scrapped at GH Campbell, Airdrie Feb 1969. Oval cast brass in as removed condition, measures 11.5in x 8in.
Worksplates Diesel Sold for: £850BR(NE) FF Black Edged Lettering enamel doorplate STATION MASTER. In excellent condition measures 18in x 6in, ex Ripon Station.
Doorplates Enamel Not sold, reserve: £1,500Smokebox numberplate 6949 ex GWR Collett modified Hall class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1942 and named HABERFIELD HALL. Converted to a oil burning locomotive in 1947 and numbered 3955, converted back to coal burning in 1949 and re numbered 6949. Allocated to Laira, Banbury, Swindon, Stafford Road, Taunton and 84G Shrewsbury from where it was withdrawn in May 1961 and scrapped at Swindon works. In lightly face restored condition.
Smokebox Numberplates Sold for: £650Advertising Miniature brass milk churn with lid and handles. Hand engraved SPECIAL COWS KEPT FOR INFANTS & INVALIDS FAMILIES WAITED ON TWICE DAILY. H.KING MAKER. NORTH CROSS RD E.DULWICH Stands 19in tall and is in good condition with some of the original black engraving wax intact. These (reduced) size brass milk churns were displayed on counter tops in Dairy Shops to summarise the benefits of dairy products.
Advertising Signs Sold for: £600BR-W Tyers No9 single line aluminium key token WESTBURY - WELSHPOOL, configuration A. In ex railway condition measures 7.5in long.

Single Line Keys Sold for: £180Shedplate 83D Plymouth Laira 1949-September 1963, recoded 84A, closed to steam April 1964. This ex GWR depot had between 80 and 100 locos during the period it used this code. At one time it had 18 Castles, 3 Counties, 1 star, 11 Halls, 2 Granges , 4 Manors and last but not least, 10 Kings. It was also home to Class 41/43 Warships and Class 52 Westerns, many being noted carrying these cast iron steam codes. Face restored and a later pattern so may have been carried on one of its early Hydraulics.
Shedplates / Plaques Sold for: £250London & South Western Railway 12 inch and 14 inch mahogany cased double dial railway clock with a chain driven rectangular plated fusee movement supplied to the LSWR circa 1870 by John Walker of London. Both original dials read BR(S) JOHN WALKER 1 SOUTH MOLTON ST LONDON 2126 SW and the mahogany case has a side and bottom door, both dials retain their original cast bezels. The SR clock records confirm that this clock was in use at Romsey station platform. A rare 19th century double dial timepiece from a station that was originally a junction for the Sprat and Winkle line. In good recently restored working condition complete with pendulum, key and comes with a copy of the Southern railway clock record.
