Nameplate GOODRICH CASTLE ex GWR Collett Castle Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1932 as order number 280 and numbered 5014. Allocated to Newton Abbot, Laira, Weymouth, Bristol Bath Road, Old Oak Common and 84E Tyseley from where it was withdrawn in February 1965 and scrapped at Cashmore's Great Bridge. In lightly cleaned condition with L 5014 280 stamped in the back indicating this is the left hand side plate. Goodrich Castle is between Ross and Monmouth and is now a tourist attraction.
