Originally numbered D68 and allocated to 5A Crewe North. Withdrawn from Tinsley in August 1988 and scrapped at MC Metals Glasgow in February 1992. Rectangular cast aluminium, face cleaned but with traces of blue paint, rear stamped 7006.
