Smokebox numberplate 42816 ex LMS Hughes Crab 2-6-0 built at Horwich in 1929 and originally numbered 13116, then 2816. Allocated to Stourton, Saltley and 9G Gorton from where it was withdrawn in October 1964. Scrapped the following year at Wards Sheffield. In lightly cleaned original condition.
