Framed and glazed with a silver plaque at the bottom PRESENTED TO GILBERT MATTHEWS CVO CBE 21ST MARCH 1967. Almost certainly from the GWR Headquarters at Paddington. Measures 26.5in x 19.5in. A truly historic GWR item.
