Nameplate MYSORE ex LMS Stanier Jubilee 4-6-0 built by the North British Locomotive Company, Glasgow in 1934 as works number 24144 and numbered LMS 5586 and BR 45586. Allocated to Crewe North, Bushbury, Edge Hill, Aston, Llandudno Junction and 5B Crewe South from where it was withdrawn in January 1965 and scrapped at Cashmore's (Great Bridge). In face restored condition, rear with one dot indicating this is the left hand side. Mysore was a Kingdom in India until 1947 and there is still a city still with the name.
