GWR 19th Century Locomotive brass Splasher Coat of arms. Ex De Glehn Compound number 104 named Alliance, these were fitted to the front splasher. Measures 11.5 inch diameter with 104 pencilled and L stamped on the back, measures 11.5 inch diameter and is in what looks to be original condition. A wonderful and historic survivor not to be confused with the later Swindon re cast brass plates that were sold in the 1980's, the originals have a hollow back.
