GWR mahogany cased signalbox, cow-bell style Block Bell. Originated from the Shawford Junction area off the Didcot, Newbury and Southampton Junction Railway. Extremely good condition throughout. Together with a wooden cased signal box telephone also from Shawford Junction area. Bakelite and brass horn type mouthpiece and a bakelite single earpiece. Fitted with a small enamel plate next to the faceplate switch that reads: challenge before calling. Excellent, ex box condition.
