G.P.O. Brass Cased Drum Clock with second hand. Stamped G.P.O. on case rear together with the identification CG 24 235 No.1. A heavy clock with a good quality, English Astral movement which is in full working order. The enamelled dial has no cracks and the case retains its original gimbal pins. These pins allowed the clock to rotate under movement. Probably from a Railway Travelling Post Office Carriage. A rare clock.
