Cabside numberplates, like locomotive nameplates are extremely desirable for obvious reasons of locomotive association. This particular cabside numberplate was fitted to a small Pannier Tank that just happened to be the very locomotive that officially worked the very last 'Banking Duty' on the Lickey Incline from Bromsgrove to Blackwell.
