Worksplate or Wagon Plate of extremely early manufacture, Henry Callander Esq. No. 3 Of Prestonhall. Engraved oval brass measuring 9 x 6 retaining some otiginal, red wax infill. Four bolt holes, top, bottom and both sides. The back is quite interesting in as much as the remants of another plate remain in the paintwork 'Newbigging Kirkton Abington. Most fascinating and any information would be welcome.
