Worksplate SUPER SENTINEL PATENT LOCO No 7701 ex 0-4-0T which was named NUTTY. One of three built by The Sentinel Waggon Works Ltd. in 1927 to 2 ft. 11 in. gauge for the London Brick Company at Farcett, Peterborough. It was named NUTTY after the driver and fitter Nutty Rowell who kept the loco in service for 30 years. This plate was removed and given to the vendor in its early days of preservation and a replacement in better condition was put on the locomotive and stamped accordingly. Cast brass measuring 10in x 5.25in and in as removed condition with 5984 cast into the back.
