Allocated to Edge Hill, Crewe North, Shrewsbury, Bangor, Holyhead, Mold Junction, Llandudno Junction, Chester and 5B Crewe South from where it was withdrawn in September 1967. Scrapped the following year at Cohens (Kettering). Rectangular cast brass face restored, measures 8.25in x 5in.
