Allocated to Bank Hall, Belle Vue, Rose Grove, Accrington, Fleetwood and 24C Lostock Hall from where it was withdrawn in September 1967. Scrapped the following year at Cashmores Newport. Rectangular cast brass, lightly cleaned, measures 8.25in x 5in.
