Worksplate NORTH BRITISH LOCOMOTIVE COY LTD HYDE PARK WORKS GLASGOW No24130 1934 ex LMS Stanier Jubilee 4-6-0 originally numbered 5572 and later 45572 named EIRE. Allocated to Bristol Barrow Road, Holbeck, Shrewsbury and withdrawn from 1A Willesden in January 1964. Scrapped later the same year at Albert Loom Spondon. Circular engraved brass measures 6.25in diameter. In lightly face cleaned condition. A rare plate and one of only a few of these known to have survived.
