Worksplate, North British Locomotive Company Ltd Glasgow number 25859 dated 1946. Brass diamond shape. Ex LNER Thompson B1 Class Locomotive, originally numbered 1106, later 61106 by British Railways. A Hitchin loco initially but later in its career moved to Great Central metals spending time at Leicester and then Woodford Halse. Withdrawn in November 1962 from Darlington and cut up just a month later at the Works.
