Worksplate LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY 1947 61224 ex Thompson B1 4-6-0 built by NBL Glasgow. Allocated to Heaton, Darlington, York, Neville Hill and 56A Wakefield from where it was withdrawn in July 1966. Scrapped later the same year at Hesslewood?s Attercliffe. Oval cast iron with original number 1224 ground off and compete with brass renumbering strip. Has been cleaned, measures 9in x 5in.
