Worksplate LMS BUILT 1944 DERBY ex Stanier Class 5 4-6-0 numbered 4821 and later BR 44821. Allocations included Holbeck, Saltley, Kentish Town, Bangor, Holyhead, Shrewsbury and withdrawn from 5B Crewe South in June 1967. Scrapped later the same year at Cohens Kettering. Oval cast iron, in lightly cleaned condition, measures 10.5in x 6in.
