Worksplate CONSTRUCTED AT ASHFORD WORKS SE&CR ex Wainwright D 4-4-0 rebuilt by Maunsell as a D1 numbered SR 1741 and BR 31741. Allocated to Faversham, Gillingham (Kent) and 73B Bricklayers Arms from where it was withdrawn in September 1959. Scrapped the following year at Ashford Works. Oval cast brass measuring 11.25in x 6in. Face restored.
