Only twenty Ivatt Class 4, 2-6-0 'Flying Pig' locomotives numbered 43003 - 43022 were built this year at Horwich so undoubtedly from one of these. 43003 - 43010 (3003 -3010) were built whilst still under LMS and probably had those initials on the plate. This plate has no initials so narrows down further to 43011 - 43022, take your pick.
