Worksplate, British Railways Crewe Built 1964 Power Equipment By Brush Electrical Engineering Company Ltd And Sulzer. Rectangular alloy construction, ex BR/Brush Type 4 Co-Co Class 47 number 47462. Released to traffic May 1964 originally numbered D1582 and allocated to Gateshead. Named CAMBRIDGE TRACTION & ROLLING STOCK in September 1990 at Cambridge depot then removed in December 1993. Cut up at Toton March 2003. Totally ex loco condition.
