Worksplate, Andrew Barclay Sons & Co Limited Caledonia Works Kilmarnock No 361 of 1942. Ex standard gauge 0-4-0DM 153hp new to the War Department in February 1942 as number 70046. Renumbered 826 in 1951 and in January 1952 was shipped to Suez. Returned to Bicester Military Railway at the end of the Suez crisis. Latterly used by BAOR in Germany where it was renumbered 126, and named ARNIE. On again returning to Bicester in January 1969 it was first stored and then repaired before going on loan to the Royal Navy at Gosport from November 1971 until March 1975 when it went back to Bicester and was eventually sold to Farthingstone Silos Ltd, Northampton in December 1978. Cast brass oval 16 x11.
