WORKS 1888 31 ex Holden J66 0-6-0 T built at Stratford and originally numbered GER 313, LNER 7313, 8362, BR 68382 and lastly BR DEPARTMENTAL 31. Allocations included Stavely GC for a short while and Stratford Works where it saw out its life. Oval cast brass measuring 9in x 5in. Face restored and very rare to see a departmental number on a 9x5 plate.
