William IV Truncheon inscribed in gilt on a black ground 'W.R. Special Constable'. Plain turned wood grip impressed 'Parker Holborn' (similar to those illustrated Mitton p.46 & Fenn Clark p.159) Together with another William IV Truncheon decorated in yellow 'W.R. IV' on black ground with yellow terminal and plain wood handle.
