Allocated to Holbeck, Leicester, Neasden, Woodford Halse, Cricklewood, Leamington, Tyseley and 9K Bolton from where it was withdrawn in April 1967 and scrapped at Cashmore's (Great Bridge). In restored condition with a weld repair.
