Shedplate 30A Stratford 1949-September 1962 for steam. The ex GER shed at Stratford had the largest allocation of any depot in the United Kingdom, with a total of nearly 400 locos. It was mostly noted for its Sandringham's and Britannias in steam days and the diesel depot continued using this code until May 1973. Face restored.
