North British Railway 12in dial mahogany cased regulator railway wall clock. The rectangular plated movement has turned pillars, deadbeat escapement, Harrisons maintaining power, a wire line and a wooden pendulum rod with a brass cased bob and is in good clean condition. The original dial which has been lightly restored displays the makers name JAS RITCHIE & SON EDINBURGH who were one of the main suppliers of clocks to the North British Railway Company. The mahogany case is in nicely restored condition and stands 61in tall. A superb example In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum, key and weight.
