Nameplate WARDOUR CASTLE ex GWR Collett Castle 4-6-0 numbered 5066. Built at Swindon in 1937, it was renamed Sir Felix Pole in 1956. Allocated to 81A Old Oak Common from where it was withdrawn in September 1962 and scrapped later the same year at Cashmores Great Bridge. In nicely face restored condition, rear stamped R5066 indicating this is the right hand plate. Wardour Castle is in the County of Wiltshire near Tisbury and was partially destroyed in the English Civil War.
