Nameplate PETERSTON GRANGE from the GWR Collett Grange Class 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1939 as order number 308 and numbered 6867. Allocated to Weymouth, St Philips Marsh, Bristol Bath Road, Laira, Stafford Road, Pontypool Road, Neath (Court Sart) and 87F Llanelli from where it was withdrawn in August 1964 and scrapped at R.S. Hayes/Birds, Tremains Yard, Bridgend. In restored condition with R 6867 stamped in the back indicating this is the right hand side plate. The Grange was 6 miles from Newport Gwent.
