Nameplate LLANFAIR GRANGE. Ex GWR 4-6-0 'Grange' Locomotive, built Swindon in April 1939 and allocated new to Worcester where it remained for its entire working life. Withdrawn in March 1965 and scrapped at Swindon Works shortly afterwards. A lovely plate in original condition. Note: Llanfair Grange is just outside Llandovery and like many others, is now a residential care home.
