Nameplate HEATHERDEN HALL ex GWR Hall 4-6-0 6946, built Swindon 1942. Shedded at 86C Cardiff Canton and withdrawn from 86G Pontypool Road in 1964. The plate is fully beaded and stamped L 6946 on the back indicating this is the left-hand side plate. Lightly face restored, a nice long Hall name.
