Nameplate EASTNOR CASTLE ex Great Western Railway Collett Castle 4-6-0 built at Swindon in 1946 as order number 357 and numbered 7004. Allocated to Gloucester Horton Road, Cardiff Canton, Old Oak Common, Worcester and 81D Reading from where it was withdrawn in January 1964 and scrapped at Swindon works. In original condition and stamped in the back LOT 307 5052 R IN indicating this is the right hand plate and that it was originally fitted to 5052 when built but removed when it was renamed Earl Of Radnor in 1937. Named after the castle near Ledbury Herefordshire.
