Nameplate DAME VERA LYNN ex Austerity 2-10-0. Built in 1944 and numbered 73672, she was shipped to Egypt and placed in store. By October 1945 she was declared surplus to requirements and sold to the Hellenic State Railways of Greece, being shipped to Salonika in January 1946 withdrawn in 1979. The Locomotive was repatriated in 1984 and restored numbered 3672 and named Dame Vera Lynn on 6th August 1985 by the Dame herself. Rectangular cast brass measures 60in x 5.5in lightly face restored.
