Nameplate BEDFORDSHIRE ex Gresley D49 4-4-0 built at Darlington in 1928 and originally numbered LNER 335, 2724 and BR 62724. Allocated to 53B Hull Botanic Gardens for most of its working life and withdrawn from there in February 1958 and scrapped Darlington Works. Curved cast brass nicely face restored.
