Midland Railway 10in fusee signal box clock complete with original tinplate movement cover with BR-W 5645 ivorine numberplate fixed to the top. The original dial is ghosted BR-W and the English wire driven fusee movement has been cleaned and overhauled at some point. These clocks were supplied to the Midland Railway Company by Mann of Gloucester and could be found in all of their signal boxes south of Birmingham in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, The Severn and Wye, and the Somerset and Dorset Railways. The Vendor states that this clock is believed to have originated from Evesham as that's where his father worked on the Railway. In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum and key.
