Lynton & Barnstaple Railway Steel and Brass Single Line Tablet BLACKMOOR - CHELFHAM number 2. The railway was opened in May 1898 and the tablets for this particular section were rather late additions being introduced around 1931 when the section was produced by the Bratton Fleming Loop being removed. Running powers handed to the Southern Railway in July 1923, closure coming just 12 years later in 1935.
