London & South Western Instrument showing a red signal arm and plated 'UP LOCAL' within the glass window. Brass plated on the top of the mahogany box 'Train On Line / Clear. A small bell is affixed to the top and when the ringing arm moves, the signal arm falls. A wonderful, early instrument of significant rarity.
