London and North Western Railway mahogany cased 12 inch dial clock with a wire driven fusee movement. The dial is lettered BR-W and the LNWR numberplate 10 is fixed to the right hand side of the back box. This clock is featured in The Railway Clock Book by I. P. Lyman on page 106 and is known to have last been in service on the LNWR-GW Joint line at Coleham Yard Shrewsbury. In fine working condition complete with pendulum and key. Circa 1880-1890.
