LNER Linesmans Pocket Knife measuring 7 when open. Wide blade, the base bearing the 'LNER' initials. The other side simply says 'Oil The Joints'. Most unusual. Together with the small brass plate 'Linesmans Shop' from where the knife originated. Also on the card with this plate are 5 other plates to include an original brass 'Tyers Train Signalling', 'To Enfield' (ivorine), 'Down Slow From Oakleigh Park' and 'Platform Bell'.
