LNER 9 x 5 Works Numberplate 'London & North Eastern Railway 7155 Rebuilt Stratford Works 1924'. Ex Standard Gauge Holden Class J65 0-6-0T built at Stratford in 1889 as Great Eastern Railway No, 155 becoming 7155 under LNER ownership. In 1946 it was renumbered 8211 and then 68211 under British Railways. In the early days these locos were used on the Fenchurch Street to Blackwell services where because of the sharp curves they ran as 2-4-0Ts by having the front driving wheels uncoupled. They became known as Blackwell Tanks. It was latterly an Ipswich loco and was used on the docks there.
