LMS Tenderplate No. 3780 dated 1925. Chalked on rear '42908' and although this tender was originally fitted to another loco, it was actually removed from this one along with the Water Capacity Plate accompanying. The LMS Water Capacity Plate is solid brass 'Water Capacity 3500 Gallons'. Ex 42908 which is chalked onto the back. Unfortunately, both plates have been dipped when removed but they are absolutely genuine. The loco was a Dumfries engine.
