LMS enamel Running-In-Board EARDISLEY. Ex Hereford Hay & Brecon Railway, opened June 1863 and taken over by the Midland Railway a few years later. In 1874, the Kington & Eardisley railway opened and Eardisley became a junction. Measures 60 x 26, cream lettering on maroon ground, cream, inset border. Late LMS style, used only on a relatively small number of stations. Reasonable condition with some chips that are well worth restoring.
