LMS cast iron tenderplate LMS 9801 1939 ex Stanier Coronation Class built at Crewe in 1939 named City Of Carlisle and numbered LMS 6238 and BR 46238. Allocated to Camden and 12A Carlisle Upperby from where it was withdrawn in September 1964 and scrapped at Arnott Young Troon. Rectangular cast iron face restored measures 8in x 5.75in.
