Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway 12in dial mahogany ebonised cased railway clock with a spun brass bezel and a wire driven English fusee movement with rectangular screwed plates probably supplied by Winterhalder & Hofmeier of Schwarzenbach Germany. The original dial is lettered LYR 3070 and the case has one side door and a bottom door secured with a brass catch. In working order but not checked for accuracy complete with pendulum and key. Ex Worcester Locomotive department and official BR receipt dated 7th August 1985 and a letter dated 28th November confirm this.
