L&SWR Hunting Jug by Doulton of Lambeth, complete with original, pewter, flip-top and prominently inscribed with company initials. The purpose of these is quite unclear and it could be that they were made as a gesture of goodwill for siding arrangements between the companies. The Doulton factory was indeed adjacent to the main line just outside Waterloo station.
