GWR Official Register of Carriage Diagrams in 3 bound volumes, ex Swindon Drawing Office. An incredible set of historic reference books with the three volumes being A - F (with index), G - Q and R - W. Each diagram is numbered and has all the data one could wish for including Lot Numbers and Build Dates. The index includes Carriage and Carriage Truck Numbers, Horse Box Numbers and Service Numbers. The diagrams are plan and elevation with birds eye views, even the plush furniture of the Royal Coaches can be seen. Literally hundreds of coaches, perhaps a complete history of GWR Coaches in the three volumes. A cursory look shows carriages dating from the 1880's through to the 1930's. A must for the historian, author or simply enthusiast.
