GWR Mahogany cased regulator by Dent of London, A magnificent and rare clock featuring a substantial weight driven movement, with deadbeat escapement and maintaining power. The silvered, 12 dial with subsidiary seconds dial, is engraved Dent London, Makers to The Queen and the number 948. The Mahogany case stands a manageable 76 inches tall and is mounted on a plinth with ornate mouldings. Inside the door reveals the GWR ivorine numberplate GWR 2912.
